This policy explains how Minder, provided by [DEVELOPER_NAME] (“we,” “us”), handles information in the app, on this website, and when you contact support.
2. Information on your device
Minder saves the information you enter and the preferences needed to run the app:
- Activity categories, optional notes, dates, times, and durations.
- Presence check-ins, including timestamps, presence selections, chosen actions, and links to related activities.
- Tracking intervals, check-in question choices, reminder preferences, and daily scene progress.
The app uses this information on your device to display your journal, calculate insights, update daily scenes, and schedule reminders. Minder does not upload this information to a developer-operated server or provide its own cloud synchronization.
Your operating system may include app data in device or cloud backups, depending on your settings. Those backups are handled by your backup provider and are separate from Minder’s own storage.
3. Tracking and permissions
Minder does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs. It does not sell your journal or check-in information or share it for advertising.
If you allow notifications, Minder schedules local reminders through your device’s notification system. You can turn reminders off in Minder Settings or change permission in your device’s notification settings.
4. Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, message, device details, or screenshots. We use that information to respond and investigate your request. Please do not include private journal entries unless they are necessary to explain the issue.
Our email service provider processes support correspondence to deliver and store messages. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of support correspondence.
5. This website and external links
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, and browser or device information to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
These pages do not add analytics scripts, advertising trackers, cookies, or browser storage. Hosting infrastructure may process requests independently of the page content.
Minder includes photo-credit links to external websites. If you open one, the destination receives your web request and its own privacy policy applies. Your journal entries are not included in those links.
6. Retention and your choices
Your journal and check-ins remain on your device until you remove them. To clear activity entries and presence check-ins, including demo entries, open Settings → Your data → Delete all data and confirm.
This action does not reset app preferences or daily scene progress. Removing the app using your device’s delete-app option also removes its local app data; offloading the app may preserve data. Earlier copies may remain in device backups until you manage or remove those backups.
We cannot retrieve or delete journal entries remotely because we do not receive them. For questions or requests about information you have sent to support, contact the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.

We may update this policy as Minder changes. The latest version will be available on this page with an updated date.
